Shane Deadman and son Theo Deadman are back in their Toyota powered Homebuilt.
A champ in their local Mt Egmont/Wanganui Club scene, the Deadman’s are back after a few seasons off in the revised C Class buggy.
Featuring a turbocharged 2000cc Toyota 3SGTE, the buggy is well planted on a new set of Nissan GU diffs front and rear.
Previously rallied by Dean Russell, the buggy started out with a 1600cc Toyota 4AGE on Hilux diffs, as per the norm back in the mid 2000’s. Over time the truck would receive chops & changes, most notably in 2012 where a 3SGE would be the new source of power.
