The only vehicle competing with the V6 that comes with the popular Toyota Windom gearbox, the Wells Built machine has proven to be a surprise package over the last 10 years! Often punching above its weight, the team have achieved surprising results starting with a 3rd place finish at the 2014 National Final. Since Ben Harvey coming onboard in 2023 in the newly rebuilt buggy, the Wells 4×4 Trials Team has seen a resurgence towards the upper pack as the team scored their best ever placing of 12th Overall in 2024, some 10+ years since the buggy was first built!
Dean Wells has been competing in the sport for over 30 years, winning E Class Central Zone back in 1990 & 1991! Since then, he has competed in D Class for the last 15 years.
