Due to Covid-19 with restrictions on travelling and event numbers, the Competitions Committee have made the tough decision to call an end to the current season.
With the final and 6th Round in Hawkes Bay cancelled back in April, the seasons results have been drawn as best “five out of five” rounds completed in the season.
As a result, Greg and Chris McDell have been declared winners of the 2019/2020 National 4×4 Trial Series as well as D Class champions for the season in their CowperTruck “Killer Bee II”.
The following competitiors have also been declared winners of their respective classes:
C Class: Dan Cowper & Jenni Templeton in “Ruby”
E Class: Caleb Adlam & Jarrod Moss in their Suzuki Samurai
F Class: Paul Taylor & Antony Weatherley in their Toyota Prado
J Class: Daniel Morris & James de Cleen in “Coal Runnings”
K Class: Brent and Michael Ward in their Homebuilt.
